The food & beverage industry banded together on 24 March to witness Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in an appropriately pared down virtual ceremony.
Salutations and accolades to Chef Andre Chiang and his team at Sichuan Moon, Wynn Palace Macau for the Highest New Entry Award, sponsored by LEGLE.
As we honour the heroes of Asia’s 50 Best, the stark reality for our industry is one fraught with challenges in these uncertain times. In the face of it all, we need to remain cohesive and psychologically resilient.
Let us stay positive.
Let us take a moment to pause and reset.
Let us Be the Calm in the storm during this turbulent time.
