23 – 25th October, 2019 saw gourmets, food anthropologists and culinary writers converge at Wynn Palace, Macau. The much anticipated culinary event – “Rediscovering the Lost Flavours of Cantonese Cuisine” – prepared by Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Wing Lei Palace, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, was magnificently showcased on RUYI Gastronomy tableware by LEGLE, to celebrate the history, haute culture and cuisine of China.
Based on the well-researched book “Vanishing Flavours of Cantonese Cuisine” by renowned food writer Ms. Agnes Chee, the exclusive banquet, was completely over-booked over the 3-day period and an overwhelming success!
